Greetings and happy holidays;
I’ve done what research I can using the support site, FAQ, etc. also attempted to RESUME and APPLY for a new Id. When I apply for a new Id the web-interface errors the Id already exists.
The Id has been used in the last 30 days and I’m always aware of and follow the RULES. I’m not aware of any reason the Id would have been deleted. Any help and/or explanation you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
